Can I send my personal item to be signed?

Since I cannot guarantee the safe arrival or return of your item by mail, I only sign items like DVDs or posters in person, at conventions or similar events. Please check out my upcoming appearances page to see where I will be appearing next! 

Do you offer COAs (Certificates of Authenticity)?

If you like, for a few dollars more you can add to your order a separate photo or video of me as I sign your autograph.

Can I change my personalization request after it's been submitted?

Yes, if you notify me within 24 hours of placing your original order. If you would like to request a change to any add-ons for your autograph, please use the contact form. 

When will my autograph ship?

Unless otherwise specified, I typically send photos or autographs out within 3 business days. If something unusual should occur, I'll communicate with you as quickly as possible.

I received my autograph, but there's an error in the personalization.

Please let me know right away via the contact form and I will do my best to correct the mistake ASAP at no additional expense to you.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending upon the photo's destination (city, state, and/or country) and packaging. Your cost will be calculated and provided before you finalize your purchase.

My item was damaged during shipment.

I use high quality protective packaging and packing materials to ship each item, but I can't guarantee against minor damage that may occur while it is in transit. For substantial damage inflicted during shipping, please submit clear photos of the damaged item via my contact form. and I'll do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as I'm able.
